    Retrieves the product description file (PDF) from a sequentially
    formatted software product kit. A file type of .PCSI denotes
    a sequential kit. The file type of the extracted PDF file is
    .PCSI$DESCRIPTION.

    Format

      PRODUCT EXTRACT PDF  product-name[,...] [/qualifiers]
