VMS Help NCS Command, Command Qualifiers, /FULL  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  /FULL

   Use this qualifier with the /LIST qualifier to  get  a  listing  that
   includes the date and time that each module was  inserted  into  the
   specified NCS library.
