VMS Help MAIL Routines, MAIL$MESSAGE_END, Description  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    The MAIL$MESSAGE_END routine deallocates the message context
    created by MAIL$MESSAGE_BEGIN as well as any dynamic memory
    allocated by other message routines.
