VMS Help LMCP  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    The LMCP utility creates and manages the transaction logs used by
    DECdtm services.

    To invoke the LMCP utility, enter the following command at the
    DCL prompt:

    $ RUN SYS$SYSTEM:LMCP

    The utility responds with this prompt:

    LMCP>

    At the LMCP> prompt you can enter HELP to get on-line help on the
    LMCP commands.
