VMS Help LBR Routines, LBR$LOOKUP_KEY  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    The LBR$LOOKUP_KEY routine looks up a key in the library's
    current index and prepares to access the data in the module
    associated with the key.
