VMS Help ICONV, CONVERT  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

   Converts characters in a file from one codeset to another codeset.
   The converted characters are written to an output file.

   Format:

        ICONV CONVERT infile outfile
