  inhibitor statement inside DO-loop

  EXPLANATION:  Dependence analysis is not performed on DO-loops that
  contain any of the following statements:

   o  An assigned GOTO

   o  A computed GOTO

   o  A character function invocation

   o  A LOCKON or LOCKOFF directive

   o  A format containing a variable format expression was referenced
      in an I/O statement within the DO-loop
