    The .FLAGS CAPITALIZE and .NO FLAGS CAPITALIZE commands turn on
    and turn off recognition of the Capitalize flag character (<).

      .FLAGS CAPITALIZE  [k]

      .NO FLAGS CAPITALIZE

    Abreviated formats

      .FL CAPITALIZE  [k]

      .NFL CAPITALIZE
