        CMS> COPY GROUP INIT_GROUP INITX_GROUP "experimental version"
        %CMS-S-COPIED, class DISKX:[PROJECT.CMSLIB]INIT_GROUP copied
        to INITX_GROUP

      This command creates a new group named INITX_GROUP in the same
      library as the old group.
