 Description    The contents of this top-level include file are not
                used by the rest of the compilation.  This message
                can occur when the include file has already been
                included, perhaps by a nested include file.

 User Action    For compilation efficiency, you can exclude this
                include file when compiling with the current set of
                compilation options.
