 Message        <Context> "<typespec1>" cannot be combined with
                "<typespec2>".

 Description    Two type keywords used in the same type specifier
                cannot be combined.  In some modes, the compiler will
                use the most recent keyword as the type specifier.

 User Action    Correct the type specifier.
