 Message        The use of a designation in an initializer list is a
                new feature in the C99 standard.

 Description    Initializer lists that contain designations are a new
                feature in the C99 revision of the C standard.  Other
                compilers may not support this feature.

 User Action    Be aware of this portablility issue.
