Defines one of the following: o An Internet interface o A serial line IP (SLIP) or point-to-point (PPP) connection o A pseudointerface (a data structure that extends subnet routing) Before you issue SET INTERFACE, do the following to identify the name of an interface: o Issue the LIST COMMUNICATION_CONTROLLER command to find your system's controller. o Use the first character of the associated interface name. See the Compaq TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Management manual for more information about specifying an interface name. SET NOINTERFACE deletes a record. No qualifiers are required.
