    Optional. Default: No flow control.

    Valid for a SLIP interface. Enables the handling of XON and
    XOFF characters to interoperate properly with modems that are
    configured to interpret these characters locally.

    Specify /FLOWCONTROL only if the host at the other end of the
    line is running TCP/IP Services.
