Entering Commands, Setting Parameters

    Some commands allow you to enter information in the database;
    others modify only the run-time parameters. SET Commands shows
    the SET commands that affect one or the other.

    SET ROUTE              SET ROUTE
    SET SERVICE

    Note that the SET ROUTE command affects both the permanent and
    dynamic routing databases.
