    Populates the existing proxy database with entries from a UNIX
    /etc/passwd file.

    The name of the proxy database is specified by the logical name
    TCPIP$PROXY. If this name is not defined, the command looks for
    TCPIP$PROXY.DAT in your current directory.

      CONVERT/VMS PROXY  [ source_file ] [ /LOG ]
