    1.TCPIP> CONVERT/VMS BOOTP BOOTP.DAT /ADD_HOST

      Converts a UNIX ASCII boot data file to an OpenVMS indexed
      file. BOOTP.DAT specifies the source UNIX boot file to convert.
      For new hosts, the /ADD_HOST qualifier adds the host to the
      hosts database.
