Library /sys$common/syshlp/tcpip$nslookup_help.hlb set, root  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

   Changes the name of the root server to the host name
   specified.  This affects the root command.

   FORMAT:
    set root=host

   DEFAULT:
    set root=ns.nic.ddn.mil
