    Creates a directory on the remote host. The remote directory
    can be on any operating system that supports FTP. To use this
    command, you must have an FTP session with a remote host.

    DCL-Style Format

      CREATE/DIRECTORY  remote_directory

    UNIX Style Format

      mkdir  remote/path
