    Removes an entry in the system images file SYS$UPDATE:VMS$SYSTEM_
    IMAGES.IDX.

                                 CAUTION

       The SYS_LOADABLE REMOVE command is not intended for general
       use. Only advanced system programmers should use this
       command.
