    Displays startup status for one or more nodes in a cluster during
    startup.

    Requires READ (R) and WRITE (W) access to the current system
    parameter file on disk: SYS$SYSTEM:VAXVMSSYS.PAR (for VAX
    systems) or SYS$SYSTEM:ALPHAVMSSYS.PAR (for Alpha systems).
