Library /sys$common/syshlp/sysmanhelp.hlb RESERVED_MEMORY, FREE  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    On a running Alpha system, frees reserved memory. This command
    does not affect the contents of the Reserved Memory Registry data
    file; it affects only the memory with the running system. You
    can also use RESERVED_MEMORY FREE qualifiers to free a block of
    contiguous page frame numbers (PFNs).
