Library /sys$common/syshlp/sysmanhelp.hlb RESERVED_MEMORY, ADD  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    On Alpha systems, adds an entry to the Reserved Memory Registry
    data file. (However, changes and additions to this file do
    not take effect until the next reboot of the system.) You can
    also use RESERVED_MEMORY ADD qualifiers to reserve a block of
    contiguous page frame numbers (PFNs).
