    Activates licenses registered in the LICENSE database.

    Requires CMKRNL, SYSNAM, and SYSPRV privileges.

                                   NOTE

       Except for the number of status messages returned, the
       following commands are functionally equivalent:

       SYSMAN> LICENSE LOAD
       $ LICENSE LOAD

       To see all the status messages on remote nodes for the DCL
       command, you can use the following SYSMAN command:

       SYSMAN> DO LICENSE LOAD
