    This command is for use on Alpha systems only. This command
    checks each SCSI and FC path in the system to determine whether
    the attached device has been changed. If a device change is
    detected, then the SCSI or FC path is disconnected in the IO
    database. This allows the path to be reconfigured on the new
    device, by using the IO AUTOCONFIGURE command.
