    The IO AUTOCONFIGURE command identifies and configures all
    hardware devices attached to a system. VAX system managers use
    the SYSGEN command AUTOCONFIGURE. It connects devices and loads
    their drivers. You must have CMKRNL and SYSLCK privileges to use
    the IO AUTOCONFIGURE command.
