Library /sys$common/syshlp/sysmanhelp.hlb DISKQUOTA, ADD  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Adds an entry to a disk quota file and initializes the usage
    count to zero.

    Requires write (W)  access to the quota file.

    Format

      DISKQUOTA ADD  owner
