Library /sys$common/syshlp/sysgen.hlb LOAD  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    On VAX systems, loads an I/O driver. On Alpha systems, use the
    SYSMAN command IO LOAD.

    Use of the LOAD command requires the CMKRNL privilege.
