Library /sys$common/syshlp/sca$neutral_help.hlb RECOVER  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Syntax:  RECOVER [library_spec]

  Recovers corrupted SCA libraries.

  This command performs checks for corrupted libraries resulting from
  abnormal termination of a LOAD or DELETE MODULE command and repairs
  corrupted libraries.
