Library /sys$common/syshlp/sca$menu.hlb sca__openlib_create_new  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Click on this button to create a new SCA library.  If a library with
  that name already exists, SCA lets you replace the existing library
  with the new one.
