Library /sys$common/syshlp/sca$menu.hlb sca__main_open  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Choose the Open Library...  menu item from the File pull-down menu to
  open an existing SCA library and to position it in the current list
  of SCA libraries.
