Library /sys$common/syshlp/sca$menu.hlb sca__main_lib_create  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Choose the New Library...  menu item from the File pull-down menu to
  create a new SCA library and to add it to the current list of SCA
  libraries.  If the library you specify already exists, SCA lets you
  reinitialize that library.
