Library /sys$common/syshlp/sca$menu.hlb INSERT_LIBRARY_LAST  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Syntax:  INSERT LIBRARY LAST library_spec_list

  Places the indicated libraries at the end of the list of active SCA
  libraries.
