Library /sys$common/syshlp/sca$menu.hlb INSERT_LIBRARY_BEFORE  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Syntax:  INSERT LIBRARY BEFORE next_library_spec library_spec_list

  Places the indicated libraries into the list of active SCA libraries
  before the library you specify.
