  PCAC> DEFINE/COMMAND SA = "SHOW ALL"
  PCAC> SA

      This command associates the symbol SA with the PCA command
      SHOW ALL. When the SA command is used, SA is expanded to the
      equivalent command string, which PCA then executes.
