Library /sys$common/syshlp/net$mgmt_help.hlb actions, Test, evd  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Pushing the CONTINUE button causes an event be logged to test the
    entire event logging subsystem.  This tests the complete event
    logging system from entity to manager, causing the test requested
    event to be logged.

    Pushing the CANCEL button dismisses the window, and no test
    action is taken.
