Library /sys$common/syshlp/net$mgmt_help.hlb actions, Shutdown, event_dispatcher, outbound_stream  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Pushing the CONTINUE button requests an orderly shutdown of the
    connection between the specified Event Dispatcher Outbound Stream
    entity and the sink partner. The shutdown directive attempts an
    orderly shutdown of the connection in cooperation with the sink.

    Pushing the CANCEL button dismisses the window, and no shutdown
    action is taken.
