Library /sys$common/syshlp/net$mgmt_help.hlb actions, Reset, evd, outbound_stream  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Pushing the CONTINUE button resets the catchall, specific, and global
    filters to the default value for the specified Event Dispatcher
    Outbound Stream entity. It causes these filters to be reset to the
    values they had when the entity was created. It is equivalent to
    setting the values for these filters to their defaults.

    Pushing the CANCEL button dismisses the window, and no reset action
    is taken.
