Library /sys$common/syshlp/net$mgmt_help.hlb actions, Enable, event_dispatcher, relay, Logging  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Pushing the CONTINUE button will cause the specified Event Dispatcher
    Relay Logging to be enabled (either Console, Monitor or File).

    Enabling the Console logging will cause Phase IV events to be logged
    to the operator console (OPA0).

    Enabling the Monitor logging will cause Phase IV events to be logged
    to the Operator Communication Facility (OPCOM).

    Enabling the File logging will cause Phase IV events to be recorded
    in binary format.

    Pushing the CANCEL button will dismiss the window with no action taken.
