Library /sys$common/syshlp/net$mgmt_help.hlb actions, Enable, event_dispatcher, relay  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Pushing the CONTINUE button will cause the Event Dispatcher Relay to be
    enabled so that events from DECnet Phase IV systems will be processed
    and posted into the DECnet-Plus logging system.

    Enabling the Event Dispatcher Relay will automatically create and
    enable the three Event Dispatcher Relay Logging entities (Console,
    File and Monitor).  If you wish, each of these logging entities can
    be disabled and reenabled individually.

    Pushing the CANCEL button will dismiss the window with no action taken.
