Library /sys$common/syshlp/net$mgmt_help.hlb actions, Disable, evd, Relay  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Pushing the CONTINUE button will cause the Event Dispatcher Relay to be
    disabled.  All three Event Relay Logging entities (Console, File and
    Monitor) will be automatically deleted.  This will discontinue all
    logging of DECnet Phase IV events to the DECnet-Plus system.

    Pushing the CANCEL button will dismiss the window with no action taken.
