 Specifies a node name or address optionally followed by access
 control information as specified for OpenVMS systems. Use one of
 the following formats:

         node-id
         node-id"user password account"

 The node-id can be a logical name.  You can override access
 control in a logical name by specifying explicit access control
 information in the command.
