Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb TELL, ACCOUNT account  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Identifies the user's account for access control verification at
 the designated executor node.  This parameter is not required for
 DECnet for OpenVMS nodes since DECnet for OpenVMS does not use
 account information to validate access control.
