Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb SET, NODE, DIAGNOSTIC FILE file-spec  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies to nodes on broadcast circuits.  Identifies the file to be
 read when the adjacent node has been downline loaded and has
 requested diagnostics. The file-spec is interpreted according to the
 file system of the executor node.
