 Specifies the operational state of the DTE as follows:

   ON    The DTE is available for normal use.

   OFF   The DTE is not in use.  This is the default state.

   SHUT  The DTE is to be closed down and a reset is sent.
         Use only with the SET MODULE X25-PROTOCOL command.
