 Applies only to DDCMP and X.25 lines.  For a DDCMP multipoint line,
 specifies  the maximum amount of time allowed to elapse before a
 retransmission is  necessary.  This is the amount of time a control
 station will wait for a  tributary to respond.  Milliseconds must be a
 decimal integer in the range 1 to 65535.  The default value is the
 network default.
