 Use the SET LINE command to create or modify line parameters in the
 volatile  database on the executor node.  Most parameters cannot be SET
 when the line is in the ON state.  However, the COUNTER TIMER, STATE and
 SERVICE TIMER parameters can be changed when the line is ON.

 SET     KNOWN LINES     (parameters ...)
         LINE line-id

 Use the DEFINE LINE command to create or modify line parameters in the
 permanent database on the executor node.

 DEFINE  KNOWN LINES     (parameters ...)
         LINE line-id

 All underscores found in parameters must be replaced with spaces when
 parameters are used in NCP commands.
