 Specifies nonprivileged inbound access control information for the
 node.  The following items can be specified:

 ACCOUNT account    Identifies the account for default nonprivileged
                    DECnet account on the executor node.

 PASSWORD password  Identifies the password for default nonprivileged
                    DECnet account on the executor node.

 USER user-id       Identifies the user name for default nonprivileged
                    DECnet account on the executor node.
