Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb SET, EXECUTOR, MAXIMUM LINKS number  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Specifies the maximum number of logical links for the local node.  The
 maximum value for MAXIMUM LINKS is 3885.  The default value of MAXIMUM
 LINKS is 32.
