Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb SET, EXECUTOR, DELAY WEIGHT number  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Specifies the weight to apply to a new round trip delay data point
 when updating the estimated round trip delay to a node.  Use a number
 in the range of 1 to 255.  The default value is 5.
